Ownership and commercial use You keep the rights to the 3D models you generate with TO3D. You may use, modify, distribute and sell them, including in commercial work such as games, applications, films and physical products — no additional licence fee, no attribution required. You are responsible for the images you upload. You must have the right to use them, and you must not upload material that infringes someone else's rights or breaks applicable law. TO3D does not claim ownership of your uploads or of the models generated from them. We store them to run the service — your history, downloads and support requests.
