1. The service

TO3D converts 2D images into rigged 3D models (GLB format). You upload an image, we process it through AI model providers, and you receive a downloadable 3D model with texture and skeleton. The service is available through the web application, REST API and ChatGPT plugin.

2. Accounts

You need a Google account to sign in. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your API keys. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at support@to3d.app.

3. Ownership and commercial use

You keep the rights to the 3D models you generate with TO3D. You may use, modify, distribute and sell them, including in commercial work such as games, applications, films and physical products — no additional licence fee, no attribution required.

You are responsible for the images you upload. You must have the right to use them, and you must not upload material that infringes someone else's rights or breaks applicable law.

TO3D does not claim ownership of your uploads or of the models generated from them. We store them to run the service — your history, downloads and support requests. See the Privacy Policy for how long and why.

4. Payment

TO3D uses a pay-as-you-go model. You add funds to your account balance and each generation deducts from it. Prices are displayed before you confirm a generation. Payments are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload images you do not have the right to use
• Generate content that depicts real people without their consent
• Use the service to produce illegal, harmful or deceptive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the service
• Resell API access or share your API keys
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse free-tier allowances

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. API terms

API access is subject to rate limits and fair-use policies. We may change or deprecate API endpoints with reasonable notice. Automated use must include a valid API key; unauthenticated requests will be rejected.

7. Availability and support

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible. For support, email support@to3d.app.

8. Limitation of liability

TO3D is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, but sections on ownership, liability and governing law survive.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with a change, stop using the service and request account deletion.
